returns
We take great pride in the creation of our handmade designer jewelry and also our service to our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,
simply return it within 30 days of the shipment date for exchange or store credit for for eligible returned items. Return restrictions are as follows:
- for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged - all earring sales are final.
- sale merchandise or custom orders, such as when the length of a chain or stones are requested to be altered from the standard
design, are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- we cannot refund shipping & handling, or gift-wrapping charges. Items which are shipped free of charge and are subsequently returned will incur a $10 restock fee to reimburse the original shipping cost to us.
- we can only accept returned merchandise that is received back in the original packaging within 30 days of the
shipment date and is in unworn, new, resalable condition
without any scratches, nicks or marks.
To return an item, please email us at returns@joyodesigns.com for an
RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When sending back your
return, please include a copy of your invoice, write the RMA number on
your invoice copy and include a short note explaining the reason for
your return and desired solution, refund or exchange. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured in a well-padded box - no envelopes, including padded envelopes, are acceptable for returns. We cannot be responsible for items lost,
stolen or damaged during shipment, especially those shipped in ANY kind of envelope - items must be returned in a well-padded box.
Only items purchased from our
online store are eligible for this return policy. Any items purchased
through our retailers are subject to individual retailers' policies.
repairs and replacements
All jewelry is guaranteed under normal wear and usage for 6 months from
invoice date. Any product needing repair within this term under normal
wear and usage may be returned to us for repair free of charge. We
reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. If your jewelry
is in need of repair after 6 months, we are happy to take care of it for
a minimal charge plus shipping and handling.
If you lose one earring from a pair, we can usually replace the missing earring for half of the current full pair price. As each item is handmade, we will require the existing earring in order to match it as best as possible. Please note that some stones are limited availability and may no longer be available.
Please contact us for a quote and RMA number before shipping. For your protection, please send all repairs
insured in a well-padded box. We cannot be responsible for
items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.
