Light circular links of 14k gold fill are hand hammered, satin finished, and held with a secure, hand formed and forged spring ring clasp. Clasp is high polished to shine, can be worn in the front, back or side, and is made of your choice of 14k gold or rose gold fill, blackened or bright sterling silver.

Each link is 10mm diameter, and the clasp is about 20-25mm. Available in lengths from 14 to a dramatic 42 inches. Lengths 32 inches and up can be double wrapped or worn as a lariat or scarf necklace for a versatile, stylish look. All can be worn at fully adjustable lengths and as a bracelet, as the clasp can be attached at any point along the chain.

Necklaces range in length from 14 to 50 inches. On the average woman, lengths will fit as described below. If you want to be sure of fit, either measure a necklace you already own, or measure and cut a piece of string and try it on. Make sure to leave a bit more than the length you are testing so you can tie or tape the string.
14 inches: choker.
16 inches: at the neckline.
17-18 inches: just below the neckline.
(recommended - a very wearable length for most women)
20-24 inches: mid-chest, around breast line.
30 inches: upper abdomen, below breast line.
36 inches: middle abdomen, can be wrapped for a layered look.
40-50 inches: these dramatic lengths are almost always wrapped multiple times around the neck for a layered look, and can fall as low as below the navel. Gold fill is a manufacturing process in which gold is permanently bonded under enormous pressure to the surface of a matching color metal alloy. This milling process results in a gold surface about 100 times thicker than conventional gold plating. The material produced is about 5% gold, so is much less expensive than solid gold. In appearance jewelry produced with 14kt gold fill is identical to jewelry produced with 14kt solid gold. The only way to tell them apart visually - even for a jeweler - is by the stamping indicating it is gold fill not solid gold. Gold fill is extremely unlikely to "wear off" and is considered fine quality, unlike base metal costume jewelry. 14kt rose gold is an alloy that uses more copper than standard 14kt yellow gold alloy, resulting in a appealingly "rosy" warmer pinkish tone.
